Scholten Roofing, Inc. Named a 1999 Stevens Roofing Systems Hall of Fame Contractor

HOLYOKE, Mass., November 1999
Scholten Roofing, Inc. of Lynden, WA has been named as a 1999 Stevens Hall of Fame contractor. This year, Stevens Roofing Systems inducted 42 of its Authorized Applicators nationwide into the Hall of Fame.

The Stevens Hall of Fame, which was established in 1995 (as the Hi-Tuff Hall of Fame), recognizes those Stevens Applicators who install more than 1 million square feet of warranted Stevens roofing membrane -- Stevens EP or Stevens Hypalon* -- during the past three consecutive years. For the 1999 inductees, square footage was calculated for the period from 1996 - 1999. Each of the 42 inductees has received an engraved Stevens Hall of Fame plaque for their accomplishment.

"We are very pleased with this year's Hall of Fame recipients and participation," said Tom Gallivan, marketing manager. "These are among the industry's top commercial applicators and we are pleased to have them on the Stevens team."

Headquartered in Holyoke, Mass., Stevens Roofing Systems is the leading manufacturer of TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) based, single-ply roofing membranes. It's products, sold under the Stevens brand name, are available in some 40 countries around the globe.

*Stevens EP and Stevens Hypalon are tradenames of JPS Elastomerics Corp. Hypalon is a registered trademark of DuPont Dow Elastomers, LLC.
